Yes. We accept luggage up to three days ahead of your scheduled check-in date. When sending luggage in advance, please be sure to clearly write your planned check-in date and the name in which the reservation was made (If an accompanying guest also wishes to send luggage, please write both the name in which the reservation was made and the name of the accompanying guest).

Yes. The front desk can arrange payment-on-delivery shipment of luggage. Guests are requested to prepare their own packing materials (carboard box, etc.) themselves.

Yes, for pre-school age children. The number of sharing children that can be accommodated varies from room to room. Please inquire directly for further information.
