[Warning] Important Notes Regarding the Use of Certain Overseas Booking Websites (Agoda, etc.)

The vacant rooms that we provide to our partner sites are being resold by some agents on overseas booking sites (such as Agoda), resulting in the following problems:

- The hotel was not notified of the customer's reservation information, and therefore the room was not secured. - The hotel was notified of incorrect information regarding the room, number of people, and dates reserved by the customer, resulting in the reservation of the correct room type and dates. - There is a time lag of several days between the completion of the customer's reservation and the notification of the reservation to the hotel, making it impossible for the hotel to confirm the reservation. - The room may be sold at a price significantly higher than the accommodation rate set by the hotel. - The room may be sold on a non-refundable basis.

For the reasons stated above, we ask that customers who have made reservations through certain overseas booking sites (such as Agoda) contact the site where they made their reservation. Due to procedural reasons, we are unable to confirm, change, or cancel reservations (including pre-payments by credit card) even if you contact the hotel.
