平素よりスカイククル石垣島をご愛顧いただきまして、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、下記の期間にて外壁補修・塗装工事を実施することとなりました。
工事期間中も元気に営業いたしますが、工事の音や振動・臭いが発生する場合がございます。
ご利用のお客様には大変ご不便・ご迷惑をお掛けいたしますが、安全に細心の注意を払い作業を進めてまいりますので、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

■工事期間：2025年10月20日(月)～2025年12月29日(月) ※予定
■作業時間：8:00～18:00 ※工事期間中は足場設置及び養生シートを設置するため、景観が損なわれる場合がございます。
※作業時間中、塗装作業の際にバルコニーへ作業員が立入ることがあります。
申し訳ございませんが、カーテンをお閉め下さいますようお願いいたします。
また、衣類への臭気の付着等を避ける為、外での物干しはご遠慮いただきますようお願いいたします。
※天候や進捗の状況により期間・作業時間が変更になる場合がございます。

Our business will remain open as usual during the construction period. However, please be aware that there may be some noise, vibrations, or odors due to the work. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will take every precaution to ensure everyone’s safety. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

■ Construction period: October 20, 2025 (Mon) – December 29, 2025 (Mon) *Scheduled
■ Working hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Please note that scaffolding and protective sheets will be set up during the construction period, which may affect the view from your room.
Please be informed that during the scheduled maintenance hours, workers may need to access the balcony area for painting and related tasks.
We kindly ask that you keep your curtains closed for your privacy during this time.
Additionally, to prevent any odor or paint residue from adhering to your clothing or belongings, we request that you refrain from hanging laundry or other items on the balcony.
Please note that the schedule and working hours may change depending on weather conditions or the progress of the work.
